No refunds are given after a consultation has been booked. As soon as an Online or Physical Consultation has been booked, that slot is reserved for the Client. If Mediation Initiative (MI) have to cancel or reschedule the Consultation because of any urgency or exigency, the entire amount would be refunded back to you.

An Online or Physical Consultation may be rescheduled by a maximum of 7 days from the date of the initial booking.
